Free reschedule or cancel up to 7 days before start. Closer to the date the deposit may be forfeited; details and exceptions are in our terms.

We aim for within 2 working days. Fixed release date? Mention it — we will say honestly what is feasible.

Yes. Recording time starts at the agreed hour; short sessions include basic setup. Late arrival without notice does not automatically extend time — we only continue if the next slot is free and you accept extra hours at the current rate.

One or two guests in the control room is normal. More people in the live room can change acoustics — discuss via contact beforehand.

We are not a full backline rental. We have DI boxes, headphones, stands and about 18 microphones. Guitar amps on request when available — mention this when booking.

Extra hours are possible at your service hourly rate if the diary allows. Otherwise we book a follow-up; half-day blocks are often better value than single hours.

From age 16 with your own consent. Younger only with written parent/guardian consent who books and pays, and an adult present throughout.

Default 24-bit WAV at 48 kHz unless your project uses another sample rate. Mix and master as stereo files; raw takes per track on request. More in delivery formats for streaming.

24 months on secured storage, then we delete project files. Download and back up locally when you receive them.

Download link or upload to your cloud — not unencrypted on public chat. For mix, send stemmed tracks with clear names; see estimate mix budget for track counts.

2 written feedback rounds per track included. Extra mix revision hours: €88 incl. VAT. Mastering revisions for small tweaks, not a full remix.

Not by default — we deliver audio exports. Project files may be possible for a fee if compatibility allows; ask before the session.

After full payment for the agreed service we deliver exports for your use under our terms. Fractaltrail does not claim songwriting rights; credits in metadata only if you want them.

Only with our written OK per release. We are not a label; « recorded at Fractaltrail » is usually fine after a quick check.

No. We do not train models on client material and do not create voice clones without explicit written consent from the person concerned.

Sort splits and rights before release among yourselves — we do not mediate. Background: rights and release.

The client who books and pays unless agreed otherwise in writing. Music and jingles stay with their original rights holders.

Yes on the site and consumer quotes. Excl. and incl. VAT rates are on services. VAT rate 21 %.
